Tania Escobar is a camerawoman working primarily in natural history and documentary genres, specializing in wildlife behavior sequences and observational cinematography. Her craft spans a range of filming techniques, including long-lens, remote control cameras, camera-traps, macro, and drone piloting. She is experienced working in remote locations while under adverse conditions, especially in jungles and deserts. Recent credits include filming for BBC Primates; NDR|Naturfilm / Smithsonian Channel ‘The Lost Kings of Bioko’; and National Geographic ‘Brasil Selvagem: Costa Brasileira’. Tania is from Mexico and currently is based in Brazil.
